The Old Post Office

Helen & Chris approached us to help them refresh and refurbish their newly bought holiday let in Holmfirth. Helen admitted to feeling completely overwhelmed with the scope of work, and amount of decisions and wanted to create a premium space for guests as they had researched the location and its competition and understood the value a beautiful interior would bring.

Heritage Cues

The building was a period property in a rural location which used to be an old post office so we sympathetically designed the interiors with this in mind and with little nods throughout the property to its heritage as an old post office. We managed the whole project from concept to completion including the management of trades and budgets.

The Results speak for themselves

After revamping the holiday home they’ve seen a significant increase in bookings and have been able to do the unthinkable, the holy grail, they’ve put their prices up! They were able to increase their weekly fee from 2k per week in peak time to 3k per week.
