OUR HOME STAGING PACKAGE

Our Simple 4-Step Process:

✅ Step 1: Initial consultation to discuss your property and target market.
✅ Step 2: Receive a tailored quote.
✅ Step 3: Confirm installation date, sign the contract, and pay a 50% deposit.
✅ Step 4: Installation day – we collect the keys and stage your property, making it market-ready for viewings and photography

Guideline Pricing for Staging an Empty Property:

✔ 1-Bedroom – £1,995
✔ 2-Bedroom – £2,495
✔ 3-Bedroom – £3,495
✔ 4+ Bedrooms – Bespoke pricing based on property size

The staging fee includes an eight-week furniture rental period, beginning on the day your property is staged and ready for photography. Custom rental periods and additional weeks can be arranged if needed.

    From our initial consultations and on completion of our informative welcome questionnaire we fully uncover your brief. We get to know each other, get fully informed on your target market and location and conduct a full site survey.

  • DESIGN

    This is where we start working our magic and we will provide a bespoke comprehensive design document which can include:

    • Moodboard/Visualisations

    • Colour pallet, soft furnishings and textures/patterns

    • Space planning and floor plan (2D and 3D)

    • Light and electrical plans

    • Fixtures and Fitting recommendations

  • IMPLEMENTATION

    This can look like Sourcing, procurement, order placement, Budget and progress review, initiation of construction, furniture install, Styling and photography to complete the whole process

Working with us is for you if you need wherever you are starting from, working with us we will take the stress and hassle away and produce a beautiful, functional design. We work with property developers, holiday let owners, airbnbs, renovators, property investors as well as residential projects.

  • Every project and scope of work is different and can be anything a couple of days for a restyle and re-market to a few months for a full refurb with a remodel of a new kitchen and bathrooms. Bare in mind, we understand that time is money and the quicker the turnaround the more profitable your business will be so we are experts at managing tight time frames and budgets.

  • Hiring a designer who specialises in holiday let design will help you produce a premium home which will allow you to charge more per night as well as increase occupancy. It will help you save money by avoiding costly mistakes and reduce unnecessary spending and help you make design decisions that will increase the value of your home. Employing an interior designer will also save you a great deal of rime which in turn will ensure the property is let and earning you money as quickly as possible.

  • Each project is different but my usual payment terms are 50% deposit and 50% on completion of the design element. With staged payment terms for projects that I fully implement and style.

  • We send through our welcome questionnaire and schedule in the initial consultation to start working our magic.

  • Yes I offer a remote interior design service for clients that are further afield and offer a styling package on site for 2 days (including photography) to add the finishing touches once the designs are complete.
